How Generative AI is Revolutionizing Customer and Employee Experiences

June 24 @ 6:30 pm 8:30 pm JST

Dear members & friends of the SpCCJ,

Cutting-edge AI technology is not only transforming how businesses interact with their customers but also how they empower their employees, creating a more dynamic, responsive, and engaging environment. Tools such as chatbots, IVR bots, voice assistants, and conversational appliances bring solutions for different phases of the customer journey, including customer support, marketing, and branding. But how do they work? Is it really cutting-edge technology, or have we just learned new application forms? What does the market look like, and who are the main players in the industry? Does your company need to implement AI solutions? How can you identify where to implement these solutions?

Join us for an enlightening evening at the modern Shizenkan University campus in Nihonbashi as we delve into the revolutionary impact of Generative AI on the world of business. We are thrilled to host Daniel Orenes, Group Manager at the Customer Success Group, Conversational AI at Rakuten Group. Daniel will share his extensive insights and real-world applications of AI in enhancing service excellence and workplace innovation.

This session will provide detailed knowledge and understanding, offering valuable perspectives on how AI is reshaping business interactions and internal processes.
