Dear SpCCJ Members and Friends,
Building meaningful business and institutional ties between Japan and Latin America demands sustained strategic effort, given the geographic distance, cultural diversity, regulatory frameworks, and distinct market conditions across the regions. Nevertheless, the growing volume of cross-border activity and global capital flows presents strong momentum and concrete opportunities for collaboration.
We invite you to join us for an exclusive seminar convening leading legal and business experts from Japan, Spain, and Latin America to examine current trends in Japanese outbound investment, the strategic role of Spain as a gateway to Latin American markets, and key legal considerations when structuring international investments.
Organized by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, and Pérez-Llorca, with the participation of IE University, this seminar aims to further reinforce the economic and institutional bridge among the three regions.
Participation is strictly limited to corporate legal department professionals and practicing legal professionals. All registrations will be reviewed individually to ensure relevance and maintain the professional integrity of the event.
