10th Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Weekend

The 10th anniversary edition of the Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Weekend is now open for registration.
The 2026 edition returns to one of the founding venues of the series: Happo-One, Hakuba, one of Japan’s most renowned winter sports destinations.

Hakuba, located in Nagano Prefecture, offers a high-quality winter experience for skiers, snowboarders, cross-country enthusiasts, and participants simply looking to enjoy a weekend in the Japanese Alps. With approximately 100 participants, this event is widely recognized as the largest inter-chamber winter retreat in Japan.

The weekend is organized by foreign Chambers of Commerce in Japan and attracts a balanced audience, with roughly 50% Japanese and 50% international participants.
The event is open to members and non-members alike, and participants are welcome to attend with family members, friends, and business partners.

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SpCCJ) is pleased to support and promote this long-standing inter-chamber initiative within its network.

Access:
Shinkansen to Nagano Station → Tokyu Bus (approx. 1h15, subject to traffic and snow conditions) → Hotel shuttle bus (approx. 3 minutes)

Important Registration Notice for SpCCJ Participants

➡️ All registrations must be completed via the Advantage Austria website.
➡️ SpCCJ participants should select the option “Non-Member” when registering.

Race Tickets

• JPY 3,000 – Ski / Snowboard (Adults)
• JPY 1,500 – Participants under 20 years old

Awards Party Fees

• JPY 11,500 – Participants over 12 years old
• JPY 5,000 – School children up to 12 years old
• JPY 4,500 – Children aged 4–5
• Free – Children under 3

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to ten working days prior to the event will be refunded, minus a JPY 500 banking fee.
Cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable.

Accommodation

Hakuba is a high-demand winter destination, and availability—particularly on weekends—is limited.
Participants are strongly advised to book accommodation as early as possible.
