Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan welcomes a new corporate member: La Dehesa.

La Dehesa is a restaurant and wine bar where you can enjoy authentic Spanish food, products, and a selection of fine wines. With their concept of using Japanese seasonal ingredients, they offer modern Spanish and Mediterranean-style cuisine that varies based on each time of year. The wines at their restaurant are chosen from different regions to suggest some unique and profound flavors to customers.

The chef, Felipe Gómez, was born in Madrid and has been living in Tokyo since 2012 after working in Toledo and London, where he learned to cook French and Italian cuisine. After moving to Tokyo, he gained more experience at Spanish and French restaurants in Ginza, Kichijoji, and Ebisu.

Their featured dish is seafood paella cooked with fresh ingredients from the Toyosu market, but the customers visit them for many kinds of seasonal dishes and canapés prepared for special occasions as well. The restaurant welcomes various guests: not only couples and families but also a big group of people who want to hold parties. Moreover, they provide catering services and a wine online shop, which are available to make a reservation or purchase from their website.
