6th Inter-Chamber Ski Race

Dear SpCCJ members, Skiers, Snowboarders and Onsen Fans – our winter love story goes into its 6th edition!

After we had to cancel our Ski and Snowboard event in 2021 due to the pandemic, we are now preparing for the 2022 edition, scheduled for the weekend of 11-12 February 2022.

Winter sports lovers will notice that this coincides with the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing and we hope to get some digital exposure to the games at our retreat.

Members, friends and families of foreign chambers of commerce retreat for a friendly race and a great evening networking party to the mountains of Niigata.

With more than 120 people attending, this is probably the largest inter-chamber weekend retreat in Japan. While organized by foreign chambers in Japan, half the attendees are usually Japanese, the other half are foreign nationals. Families, partners and children are most welcome!

Accommodation can be arranged freely by participants themselves, fitting their needs as families, groups of friends or single participants.

Note: the evening networking party will take place in the Lotte Arai Resort.
 

For early birds who decide until 10 December 2021, we can reserve the following prices:

• For single: JPY 20.000 per Night (Room only)
• For double: JPY 25.000 per Night (Room only)
• For one adult and one child: JPY 23.000 per Night (Room only)
• For two adults and one child: JPY 28.000 per Night (Room only)
• For two adults and two children: JPY 31.000 per Night (Room only)

The above prices are subject to 10% tax and a local onsen fee (JPY 150 per person older than 12 years old).

• Breakfast: Adult: JPY 2.200, Child: JPY 1.400
• Dinner: Adult: JPY 3.900, Child: JPY 2.400

*Child: 4 to 12 years old, free for under 3 years old

Also, for guests who booked for the event last year, the hotel has your needs and data recorded, making it easy to book the same configuration as intended for last year.

• JPY 2,500 for Ski/ Snowboard adult
• JPY 1,250 for under 20 years old

Award Party

• JPY 6,600 for participants over 12 years old
• JPY 3,300 for children from 6 to 12 years old
• free for children under 5 years old
