About this event
We are living unprecedented time with unsettling new challenges: new work routines, self-isolation, restlessness, sedentary life… The SpCCJ, in collaboration with the Spanish Chambers of Commerce in Singapore, the Philippines & Korea, offers its members, the possibility to reset your body and mind through an hour online yoga class focused on your mind, posture and breath.
The session will be conducted by 2BeYoga studio in Singapore on Every Thursday from 20h to 21h JST. It is free of charge for SpCCJ Members until the confinement is over in Singapore.
