What a fun night of CVNE – Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España‘s Spanish Wine & Godiva Chocolatier’s Belgian Chocolate pairing! After the opening speeches of Godiva’s CEO Jerome Chouchan and CVNE/ Mikuni Wine’s Country ManagerMaría Varela Martín, the guests from the Spanish and Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber enjoyed a mariage of Godiva’s White Day Selection created by Senior Chef Chocolatier Chevolleau Yannick and CVNE wine selected for each chocolate by WSET Diploma Holder/ Sommelier Takaaki Kosaka DipWSET.
