3. Role of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan acts as a ticketing service provider and is not responsible for organizing, producing, or executing Flamenco Jazz Festival Japan 2025.

We do not control event logistics, schedules, refunds, or cancellations. We only process payments and issue tickets on behalf of the event organizers.

4. Ticket Purchase Policy

    • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted except as outlined by the event organizer.
    • Ticket prices include applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated. Additional bank or currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method.
    • Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without the event organizer’s permission.
    • Important: In accordance with Japan’s Consumer Contract Act, we do not impose unfair penalties or hidden fees for cancellations beyond those authorized by the event organizer.

5. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

    • The event schedule, lineup, and venue may be subject to change at the discretion of the event organizer.
    • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer. The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan is not responsible for processing refunds unless instructed by the event organizer.
    • If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.

6. Ticket Delivery & Entry Conditions

    • E-tickets will be sent via email upon successful purchase.
    • Ticket holders must present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) and matching ID if required by the venue.
    • The event organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with event policies, including:
        • Age restrictions
        • Dress codes
        • Security screenings
    • Reissuing Lost Tickets: If you lose your e-ticket, you may re-download it via your confirmation email. If assistance is needed, contact info@spanishchamber.or.jp.

7. Liability Disclaimer

    • The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost/stolen belongings, or incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
    • Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including exposure to loud music, lighting effects, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Event entry and participation are subject to venue and organizer regulations, and attendees must comply with all safety guidelines.

8. Payment & Invoicing

    • All transactions are processed securely through Stripe Japan.
    • An automatic receipt will be generated upon purchase. If you require an official tax invoice, please contact info@spanishchamber.or.jp with your company details.
    • International buyers may incur currency conversion fees or bank charges, which are not covered by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan nor by the event organizers.

    • Data Collected: Name, email, payment details, and ticketing preferences.
