The Customer Service Representative is the first contact of the customer with Global Exchange. The CSR is in charge of making the foreign exchange transactions and ensuring we comply with all local regulations and follow the company procedures. Their main task is to provide an outstanding service to the customer and act as Global Exchange ambassadors. They always guarantee a customised and professional service.
