EXtraordinary General Meeting 2023

On December 29, 2020, the Government of Spain approved a new Royal Decree (1179/2020) that regulates the requirements that the Spanish Chambers abroad must fulfil to be officially recognized. 

A new correction to the previous amendment will be passed for approval in this Extraordinary General Meeting that will be held ONLINE on Thursday,  July 27 from 5 pm JST (9 am CET) via Microsoft Teams.

The voting process will be an online process accessible prior to the meeting.

Who can vote?

Each Corporate Member has one voting right.

The Corporate Member must have fulfilled its fee contribution obligations towards the Chamber at the moment of the voting. 

Individual Members do not have voting rights. 

When can I vote?

The voting period will start on July 24th at 10h JST and it will remain open until July 26th at 15h JST.

What will be voted on?

  • Consent to hold a virtual EGM: The Members should agree on the meeting format
  • Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation:  Adapting the AoI to the new Royal Decree 1179/2020 approved by the Government of Spain.
