These terms and conditions apply to the 2023 SpCCJ’s Raffle.

Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to people aged 18 and over who purchase a ticket through the official method provided on the SpCCJ website.
By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from SpCCJ, containing updates on the activities in the SpCCJ is involved in. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from every email that we send.
The competition will be conducted during the promotion period, ending on November 10th, 20:00h. Online purchasing will be open until November 10, 15:00h.

Each participant can purchase as many participations as desires to increase winning chances. Entries on behalf of another person will not be acceptable and joint submissions are not allowed.
SpCCJ accepts no responsibility taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Raffle Draw Conditions
The winner of the prize will be contacted directly through email no later than 3 weeks after the draw date and the winner can decide whether to receive the prize by mail or reject it. The prize will be given during the ceremony or shipped from the donor facilities, covering only the national shipment costs. International shipments will be charged to the winner separately from the ticket price.
SpCCJ is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of shipment and any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The closing date of the Prize draw is 20:00 on November 10th 2023. Online purchasing will be closed on November 10th, 15:00h.
One winner for each item will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and conditions. The winner will be picked by SpCCJ. The draw will take place on November 10th, during the Spain-Japan Business Contribution Awards 2023.
The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize, and this will continue until all the prizes have been won. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.
The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
SpCCJ accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
SpCCJ takes no responsibility when it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
SpCCJ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
SpCCJ accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the competition.
SpCCJ reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of control.
