He advises both funds and industrial groups on transnational transactions in sectors such as energy\, infrastructure\, software and food. While at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York as an international associate\, he was involved in M&A and venture capital transactions\, both in the United States and internationally\, with a special focus on the Latin American market. Recently\, he has been involved in the transactions led from the firm’s New York and Madrid offices and has participated in and led a number of significant transactions in the US\, Asia-Pacific and Spanish markets in recent years.
