Desde entonces ha ejercido el rol de representante diplomático para el Estado en diversos destinos y organizaciones\, destacando su desempeño en las misiones diplomáticas españolas en India y Japón y varios puestos en la diplomacia española y el Gobierno Español dentro de la Unión Europea.\nEn julio de 2008 fue nombrado Embajador de España en Senegal.\nTras ejercer de Secretario de Estado para la Unión Europea\, el 19 de octubre de 2018 el Consejo de Ministros lo nombra Embajador de España en Japón.\n\n\nFernando Hernández Jimenez-Casquet\, Consejero Económico y Comercial de España en Japón\n\nTécnico Comercial y Economista del Estado\, Fernando es Máster de Economía de Harvard University\, Master en Advanced European Studies del Colegio de Europa en Brujas y licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Granada. Desde Octubre de 2019 es el Consejero Económico y Comercial de la Embajada de España en Japón.Fernando fue Director General de Energía de la Comisión Nacional de Mercados y de la Competencia entre 2013 y 2019. En etapas anteriores ha desempeñado cargos fundamentalmente en el área de la política económica\, asesor en la Secretaría de Estado de la Energía\, Asesor en la Oficina Económica del Presidente del Gobierno y senior economist en el Banco Mundial. \n\n\n\n\n\nGuillermo Gutierrez\, Presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de España en Japón\nLicenciado en Economía Internacional por la Universidad del País Vasco y graduado en el Programa de Europeo de Formación para Ejecutivos en Japón (ETP7). DESCRIPTION:The world this year has seen severe exhaustion and burnout. Leaders have been bombarded with challenges never seen before. Citizens have had to adapt to changing lockdowns and health protocols. Families have altered their personal and social lifestyles drastically. Making decisions in such a complex environment leads to decision fatigue. On 29 October our Corporate member IE University organizes in collaboration with the Spanish Chambers of Commerce network in Asia\, the online Master Class ‘Decoding Decision Making in a Fatigued World’ imparted by IE Professor  Kirti Jain.
