SUMMARY:SpCCJ Young Professional Mentoring Program II
DESCRIPTION:The registration form is at the bottom of this page.  \n  \nThe SpCCJ would like to bring the experience and industry knowledge of its business network by continuing with the SpCCJ Young Professional Mentoring Program to support our young professionals to develop their careers and support their personal growth as a member of society. \nThe SpCCJ YP Mentoring Program will match mentors & mentees and\, during 6 months\, aim to create the perfect environment where mentors will provide support to their mentees regularly\, giving counselling on career and work-related matters but also providing other advice and useful information. \nApplication for becoming a Mentor and Mentee will be open from January 3 until January 19. This program is free of charge. \n  \nWho can participate?\n\nYou can participate as a mentee if you are a young professional in your late 20s or early 30s. Anyone fitting in this age range could apply to be part of the program however\, individual members and young employees of a corporate or association member will be prioritised.\n\n\nMentors will be experienced professionals\, willing to commit to YP’s self-development. We will accept applications from individual or corporate members’ professionals who wish to volunteer. We will consider also non-members’ candidacies from experienced professionals with a close relationship with the SpCCJ and a strong commitment to the mentoring process.\n\n  \n  \nWhat participants say about the SpCCJ YP Mentoring program\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n❝I found this program to be thoroughly organized and well-managed. DESCRIPTION:Following the activities included in our 2023 YP Mentoring Program\, we are happy to announce that the participants will join us for dinner with Santiago Iñiguez\, President of IE University and a recognized influencer in global higher education. \nIniguez is a regular speaker at international conferences and frequently contributes to different journals and media on higher education and executive development. He is a Global LinkedIn Influencer and has been recognized as the leading Spanish influencer in Management. \nAfter the kick-off webinar that will be held on February 14\, the attendees will have the opportunity to exchange their visions and ideas about education\, professional development and mentoring with Iñiguez during a dinner with a Spanish atmosphere. \nWe would like to express our gratitude to IE University for their support of the SpCCJ’s YP Mentoring program. \n  \nSantiago Iñiguez\n \nSantiago Iñiguez de Onzoño is the President of IE University and a recognized influencer in global higher education. He was the first recipient (2019) of the Founders Award by Thinkers50\, the prestigious global ranking of thoughtful leaders in Management. \nHe is the author of “The Learning Curve: How Business Schools Are Reinventing Education” (2011)\, “Cosmopolitan Managers: Executive Education That Works” (2016)\, and “In An Ideal Business: How the Ideas of 10 Female Philosophers bring value to the Workplace” (2020)\, as well as co-editor of “Business Despite Borders: Companies in the Age of Populist Anti-Globalization” (2018)\, and “Executive Education After The Pandemic. A Vision For The Future” (forthcoming\, 2021)\, and “Philosophy Inc.: Applying Wisdom to Everyday Management” (forthcoming\, 2023)\, all published by Palgrave Macmillan (Springer). \nIniguez is a regular speaker at international conferences and frequently contributes to different journals and media on higher education and executive development. He is a Global LinkedIn Influencer and has been recognized as the leading Spanish influencer in Management. \nIñiguez is one of the founders and board members of Headspring\, a joint venture between IE Business School and the Financial Times\, offering custom programs for companies. He also serves on the boards of EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development)\, Renmin University Business School (China)\, Antai Business School (Jiao Tong University\, China)\, LUISS Business School (Italy)\, Mazars University (France)\, FGV-EASP Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (Brazil)\, and King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia). He was the first European to become Chair of the Board of AACSB\, the global association of business schools. \nIniguez is the former Dean of IE Business School and has played a leading role in business education. He was portrayed by the Financial Times as “one of the most significant figures in promoting European business schools internationally”. He was the first European appointed as “Dean of the Year” by Poets & Quants (2017). \nIniguez is a Professor of Strategic Management. He holds a Degree in Law\, a PhD in Moral Philosophy and Jurisprudence (Complutense University\, Spain) and an MBA from IE Business School. He was a Recognized Student at the University of Oxford\, UK.
